Day 1
30 minutes on the phone or Viber. We pick the right edition (Pro, Premier, Enterprise, or Online) for your team size and how you sell.
Days 2–6
We pull your lists, opening balances, and recent history from Xero, Sage, or Excel. PH tax setup (VAT, EWT, 2307) applied. You keep using your old system meanwhile.
Day 7+
Your team gets trained on QuickBooks. Phone + Viber support starts from our Cubao office. You cancel the old subscription only when you’re confident.
