Founded in 2017, Optechfy started with a single mission: to make accounting software accessible, properly configured, and truly useful for Philippine businesses. We saw that too many companies were either using QuickBooks incorrectly — missing BIR compliance, lacking training, and getting no local support — or still running on manual spreadsheets.
Today, our team of 15 dedicated professionals handles everything from QuickBooks licensing and setup to BIR CAS application, data migration, training, and ongoing technical support. We serve businesses across Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and nationwide — from SMEs to large corporations.
