Adding Quickbooks User

  1. Login the Admin Account
  2. Click Company
  3. Click Users
  4. Click Set up Users and Roles
  5. Enter the Admin Password
  6. Click New
  7. Set the Username and Password
  8. Then select the access level for that user
  9. Click next until finished
  10. Your account is now ready!

You can use the user accounts simultaneously depending on the limit of your package
